Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return for a size exchange, style exchange or a store credit - please note, we do not offer refunds unless an item is deemed faulty.

The items must be returned unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Exchanges are fulfilled based on stock availability, if the item is not available it may be eligible to be made to order, otherwise a credit note will be provided which you will be informed of.

Please note the shipping cost for the return is deducted from your order total. If you return an item and select a gift card this shipping fee is waived.

The cost of returning items for the purpose of an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping unless the item is faulty.

All sales are final on Clearance, Sample and Sale items.
